Group Headshot Rate

We offer convenient on-location group rates for organizations in the Duluth area. We bring our professional studio setup directly to your location. Pricing starts with a $100 base setup fee, plus $65 per person (with a 5-person minimum). Each participant receives a guided session and one fully retouched high-resolution digital file.

The Base On-Site Fee:

$100

Travel within the Duluth-Superior area, loading/unloading gear, and setting up portable studio lighting and backdrops at your location.

Per-Person Rate: $65 per person (Minimum 5 people / $325 total minimum spen

Includes: 5–10 minutes of shooting time per person, professional posing direction, and 1 fully retouched high-resolution digital image per person with commercial usage rights.

Event Photography Rates

Event Photo

$200 per hour

Coverage starts at $200 an hour with minimum 2 hour booking.  No matter the scale of your event, the following will always be included: 


1. Fully edited, high-resolution digital images.

2. Private, shareable online gallery where attendees can download images.

3. Perpetual, royalty-free usage for web, social media, press, & internal use.
